We enjoyed our stay at Ellie’s home. It was very cozy and spacious for me and my family. There were ...a few hiccups early on but Ellie was very responsive and handled things quickly to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were very appreciative. Super spacious for our group of 7 families with room to spare. There was lots to do in the house so ...we were never bored. Between the huge TV in the living room, the pool (that we had heated, so we could also swim at night), the ping pong table, game room or bowling alley, there was never a dull moment. Location was close to grocery stores and places to eat. Only downside was that it’s an extremely busy neighborhood - not sure if all the houses there are rentals or not but I went to Publix which was 8 mins from the house and it took 1 hr to get back into the neighborhood because of how many people were also trying to enter at the same time. All in all, the place was awesome. Had some issues with the tv, wifi and some of the games the first night but someone was sent to fix it in the morning. Ellie was a great host. My family from Georgia and Texas had a blast. We all were very satisfied , ...the kids enjoyed it, especially the heated pool , except for being that it was hot during our stay. The pool was a little too hot, lol. <br/>I didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub because I was cooking in such an amazing kitchen ❤ my only issue was that there were not enough parking passes for a 14 bedroom home. <br/>5 passes isn't enough when your home can sleep from 32 to 34 guests .My main concern was that the Bowling Alley should have been downstairs . Also, there wasn't a mop to mop up spill . The first bedroom on the left downstairs the bathroom toilet needs to be cleaned with a stronger chemical to remove the mold/ mildew stain. <br/> I also recommend that if you rent in the Soletra area that you go shopping beforehand, I went to Walmart upon arriving back to the community we spent 30 minutes on RR parkway waiting to get back into the community there should be a better entrance Read More
